Sachma Performance and Development Limited was formed in 2014 by Mark Latteman

Mark is a highly experienced and commercially-focused Learning and Development professional with extensive Learning and Development, Talent, Organisation Development and HR generalist experience. He has worked in senior roles in a number of companies across a range of sectors including finance, technology, digital, media, gaming, leisure and entertainment. 

He has a proven track record of both developing and leading the delivery of a Learning and Development strategy within culturally diverse organisations whilst managing relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.

His particular areas of specialism include leadership and management development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, talent, psychometric testing, employee engagement, well-being and culture change.

Mark has an MSc in Managing Organisational Performance from Cranfield University, an MA from the University of Wales and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He also holds a number of accreditations in coaching and mentoring and psychometric testing.

He is a sports fanatic – both watching and participating. He has run the London Marathon five times, and has the blisters to prove it.
